Scottsdale Luxury Properties’ Broker/Owner currently owns and manages properties including vacation rentals in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Mexico and Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA. Long term rentals owned include Tempe (ASU college rentals), Scottsdale (Kierland luxury rentals), Paradise Valley (luxury rentals), Phoenix, and Ahwatukee (Executive Rentals). He created a start managing properties with his own residence purchased at 20 yrs old, while attending Arizona State University. His twin brother and he thought that buying a five bedroom home instead of a three bedroom home would be beneficial. Calculating that they could live in two of the bedrooms and rent out the other three, the property was rented for years through college never paying a mortgage payment out of their own pockets. Needless to say this was the start to his investment property bug.
