ONLINE RENTAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Scottsdale Luxury Properties Property Management provides this online application for prospective tenants, please click on the following link and follow these instructions:
 

Type into all fields of the rental applicaiton, please be complete.

Click here to begin 

1. Complete the form and scroll to the bottom of the form.
2. Click on the "Submit by Email" button to email your form info to us.
3. Email the application and applicants drivers license (take a CLEAR digital photo with your smartphone or digital camera) to PropertyManager@ScottsdaleLuxuryProperties.com and type the property address in subject line.
4. Go to www.Paypal.com and send $35 for single application or $50 for married application to PropertyManager@ScottsdaleLuxuryProperties.com  to process your application.

Alternately,

1. click on the "Print Form" to print the form in PDF format.
   (If you dont have a PDF printer, go to www.bullzip.com or www.primopdf.com for your free version of a pdf printer)
2. If you cannot figure out the pdf printer, please print to your normal printer.
3. Sign the application and date it on last page.
4. Email the application and applicants drivers license (take a CLEAR digital photo with your smartphone or digital camera) to PropertyManager@ScottsdaleLuxuryProperties.com  and type the property address in subject line.
5. Go to www.Paypal.com and send $35 for single application or $50 for married application to PropertyManager@ScottsdaleLuxuryProperties.com to process your application.

Thats all!  We will be notified of your application and your payment via email and will process once both are received.
